SIZING: The sizes and measurement of our mask is worn and not laid flat, please use a measuring tape and include the nose height when measuring the length.

SMALL - Fits to kids ages 3-8 years old
MEDIUM - Fits to women and teenagers / Kids ages 9-12 years old
LARGE - Fits to women and men / Teenagers

1. Please allow 1-3 cm measuring deviation due to manual measurement.
2. Due to the different monitor and light effect, the actual colour of the item might be slightly different from the colour shown on the pictures. We strive to make our colours as accurate as possible, the screen images are intended as a guide and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. Thank you for understanding.

SHIPPING: Our face masks are ready for Pick up, delivery, and shipment within 1-2 business days from your order date.

FOR PICK UP AND DELIVERY:
Local Pick up, please send me a message and I’ll give you the details for picking up the item(s).
Local Delivery, we will be charging an additional $5.00 flat rate, if you purchased less than a minimum of 5 masks.

FOR SHIPMENT: Shipping is via CANADA POST and tracking number will be provided. Please check your shipping address before placing your order. Re-shipment is the buyer’s responsibility if the item(s) is returned back to us due to incorrect address. For international shipping, buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes (if applicable).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Due to hygienic reasons and the nature of these items, we have a strict policy of NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGE, and NO REFUNDS. ALL MASKS ARE FINAL SALE. Please contact me, if you have any questions or problems with your order.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

2. Don’t use bleach
3. Only use mild detergent
4. No fabric softener
5. Hang to dry
6. Do not iron
7. Make sure it’s completely dry before each use
8. Store in a clean, re-sealable plastic bag (for hygienic and sanitary purposes)
